Thief Review | GameGrin

Thief is a disappointment. However, laying beyond its shortcomings with movement mechanics, combat and narrative, is a satisfying core of theft and stealth that can, at times, still have you feeling like a master thief.

"Though the game features a new game engine that produces better graphics and lighting, and most importantly is scalable to what developers need, I keep asking myself is this the best version were going to see on consoles, or is more news awaiting?" ~ Alex Martinet, GameRevolution

Microsoft's Phil Spencer on PlayStation's Xbox jibes: 'Business is business'

MMGN writes: Some of the most iconic moments of the current "console war" between Sony's PS4 and Microsoft's Xbox One has been the mostly one-sided jibing by Sony at Microsoft's controversial hardware features and initial pre-owned game restrictions. The hits have reignited the old-school console war marketing tactics that dominated the '90s as Nintendo and Sega went head-to-head for console dominance. As gamers, it makes for some humorous competitive mudslinging. To Microsoft, it's just business.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Preview | GameDynamo

GameDynamo - "BioWare knows it didnt exactly do right by the fans of the Dragon Age franchise with its last game. Though generally well-received, Dragon Age II was not without some notable faults, including a smaller world, simpler combat and fewer gameplay freedoms compared to its predecessor, Dragon Age: Origins. BioWare doesnt want to make the same mistakes again, and its working to ensure that Dragon Age: Inquisition rights the wrongs and advances the series forward as far as it can go."

Thief Review - Eskimo Press

Stalking the city streets in the Thief reboot is a bit of a mixed bag. At times youll feel like a master thief as you sneak past enemy patrols and grab everything that isnt nailed down, but often youll feel like a common thug when the game forces you into scenarios where the only non frustrating way to advance is to simply knock everyone out. As a stealth game Thief mostly succeeds, but there are a lot of things that keep it from achieving its full potential.

ControllerMAX (AKA CronusMax) Tech Review | RGN

Jon of RGN writes, "This device has the ability to make a game better without the need to wait for official patches to be approved. It also has the ability to make you better at a game. This even works with next-generation game consoles like the Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox ONE. By purchasing this device and using the accompanying…
